Common questions
Who owns the client data?
Legacy Vault Kit stores and secures all vault data. You manage the client relationship. This keeps you GDPR-compliant without needing your own data infrastructure.
Can I charge my clients more than £29.99?
Yes — on the Professional and White-Label tiers, you set your own client price. Many partners bundle the vault with their existing services.
What happens if a client cancels?
For Referral partners, commission stops. For Professional/White-Label partners, the seat is deactivated and you stop being charged for it at the next renewal.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The Referral tier is free forever. Professional and White-Label tiers are annual subscriptions — you pay the access fee once a year, then only for seats you activate.
Can I upgrade from Referral to Professional later?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time from your partner dashboard.
